   1. ACTION: prock will go over release notes again (prock, 01:55:23)
   2. ACTION: prock will work on wiki page describing all the build targets (prock, 01:56:13)
   3. AGREED: build targets will remain as they are for 0.3.0 (prock, 02:03:14)
